Our Premium Maintenance Program Inspects Your Pool Equipment, Including: 

During a Pool Equipment Maintenance Visit, we will inspect your pool equipment, including:

Pump and Motor

  • Check for leaks or evidence of leaks at shaft seals, pump intake & discharge
  • Inspect and empty pump basket, drain plugs, and lid o-ring
  • Measure amperage draw compared to motor nameplate readings
  • Visual inspection and test pump operation


Filter

  • Inspect DE grids for broken frames and or deterioration seams
  • Inspect cartridge filter element bands, rubber caps, pleats
  • Clean and lube filter orings
  • Check pressure gauge operation
  • Visual inspection and test filter operation
  • Backwash sand filter and de filter
  • Clean Cartridge Filter

Heater

  • Visual inspection of burner tray, heat exchanger, thermostat, hi limit sensors and thermistor
  • Clean sensors as necessary Inspect flame
  • Fire up heater
  • Visual inspection and test heater operation

Salt Chlorine Generator

  • Clean salt cell
  • Visual inspection and test SCG operation Inspect system and sensor components
  • Test salt and phosphate levels in pool/spa water
  • Test all chemical readings

Controller

  • Visual inspection and test proper operation of timers and automation controllers
  • Inspect and adjust runtimes and schedules as needed
  • Inspect doors for proper latching, wire guards, and whips

Pool & Spa Lights

  • Inspect and test operation of all pool & spa lights
  • Inspect color sequencing for LED lights
  • Inspect gfci operation
