Got construction experience? Want to learn the pool business?

We are looking for energetic workers with 3+ years construction experience in:
  • Concrete: forming, pouring, finishing, steel work
  • Plumbing: pvc plumbing work
  • Tile: tile repair, tile finish work
  • Heavy equipment operator: dig to spec

Do you have:
  • a rock star personality - professional, physically strong, dependable, ready to work
  • reliable transportation and a valid FL Driver's License
  • the ability to pass a background check, drug test, and driver's license background check
  • availability Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • $15-20/hr, based on experience and performance

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Pool Construction team as CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR here at Florida Leisure Pool & Spa

The ideal Project Coordinator candidate is a super-friendly and detail-oriented individual with stellar organizational and people skills ready to manage the many moving parts of our pool installation and remodeling projects. Construction experience not necessary. Strong communication and computer skills a must.


What will you be doing as a Project Logistics Coordinator?


  • Provide stellar client care - you will be the point person for each client, the go-to person to communicate all project updates to homeowners.
  • Coordinate the logistics of material orders, vendor quotes, subcontractor agreements, supply house deliveries, and in-house labor to keep the projects moving forward.
  • Work closely with our construction manager and crews on a daily basis to support jobsite field work.
  • Track expenses, labor, draws, and change orders to complete projects on time, on budget, and as promised.


This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, and year-round.

Competitive salary with bonus payouts based on profits of each project.

Qualifications:
  • Rock Star - are you an energetic, professional, strong, reliable team player?
  • Mechanical repair experience (pool, electrical, plumbing, hvac, or other mechanical experience)
  • Professional "clean cut" appearance with solid communication skills
  • Clean driver's license background, clean court background, able to pass a drug test
  • Valid FL driver's license and reliable vehicle

This position is:
  • Full-time and year-round
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 am start time
  • Starts at $16-19/hour, plus bonus pay on performance

Requirements:

  • Pool service, lawn service, or field job experience strongly preferred.

This position is permanent and full-time.
  • 40-50 hours per week in the spring and summer, 30-40 hours per week in the winter.
  • This is a year-round position.
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 am until up to 6:00 pm.
  • Starts at $15-19/hr, plus bonuses on performance.

We are hiring dynamic individuals with 5+ years office experience to join our service department.


The Service Department CSR is responsible for coordinating all the moving parts of the service division, including client intake, basic troubleshooting, tech scheduling, repair part quoting, and client satisfaction.
